课程背景
帮助理解测量系统的统计特性,认识测量系统对过程控制中数据收集的影响。采用在教员引导下的练习,使学员学会偏倚、稳定性、线性、重复性、再现性分析的实践经验,具备开展测量系统分析和改进的能力。
Help to understand the statistical characteristics of measurement systems, and to understand the impact of measurement systems on data collection in process control. The practice of teaching under the guidance of trainer enables trainee to learn the practical experience of bias, stability, linearity, repeatability, reproducibility analysis, and the ability to carry out measurement system analysis and improvement.
学员带着零件和量具参加培训;主要讲解MSA过程中的难点,包括如何做测量系统的分析计划、如何选择零件、如何做到一次盲测、如何判定、如何改进;介绍MSA第三版与第二版中判定准则的差异(采用统计假设测验);提供了对计数类量具的测量评价方法;对于性能测试、破坏性试验等如何研究他们的稳定性。
Trainee with parts and measuring in training; to explain the main difficulties in the process of MSA, including how to do how to plan, how to choose the parts, so that a blind test, how to judge, how to improve the measurement system analysis; the difference of criterion for MSA third edition and second edition (using statistical hypothesis test); provide evaluation of measurement of the count measuring method; for the destruction of how to study their stability test, performance test.
